Roth & Partner has specialized in supporting and consulting non-performing loans. Through our specialized business unit Intensive Care Management we not only represent institutional clients but also direct individual mandates towards creditors. Here, we function as a link
between the parties and advocate amicable negotiation strategies. Depending on each specific order we negotiate restructurings, dissolution offers (possibly foregoing capital), bidding agreements, we establish credit regulations, position new creditors, create a qualified accounts receivable management, acquire liquidity, develop turnaround and restructuring programs and create a new basis for problematic real estate. Our objective is not to conclude the customer relationship with the creditor but instead develop new perspectives for continuing or restructuring the client, thus creating a base for a successful business relationship. More and more banks recognize that our activities are not primarily geared towards handling the customer relationship.
