Unlike many competitors in the market Roth & Partner focuses exclusively on consultancy. As mentioned at the beginning, we do not grant credits, loans, shareholdings or equity capital to our clients on behalf of our company. Neither do we trade with our clients' securities. This
business philosophy is the only way to guarantee independent consulting without any conflicting interests.
Roth & Partner is not listed. In consideration of this we do not need to justify our position towards the market or specially react to short-term movements in the market. Our clients expect us to commit to excellent consulting on the highest level. Thus our company is geared towards trusting relationships. This is the only safeguard for collaborating with our clients strategically as partners and to achieve their financial targets.
Roth & Partner - Investment is a business unit in our company which exclusively deals with investments in the name and on account of ARGUS Immobilienkonzepte GmbH & Co KG.
Here, we structure highly profitable investments and acquire them at our own risk. We do not subdivide our acquisitions into subsidiaries or funds or other financial products. Therefore we purposefully evaluate our investments according to the following criteria:
